As part of its new growth strategy, the property development and investment company has appointed Richard Bowden as interim chief information officer.
In his new role, he will focus on delivering an innovative new property investment offering, based on blockchain technology.
Richard has over 20 years of experience in financial services and management consultancy, having worked as a director for Ernest & Young, and as a director of processes and change for Santander.
Kevin Sharkey, managing director at Key Land Capital, said this was an “exciting new era” for the business and that it had some “excellent” developments in the pipeline.
“We are focusing on reaching a new audience for our property investment opportunities by embracing cutting edge technology and taking advantage of the digital transformation of the property industry,” he added.
“We are positioning ourselves as innovators and disruptors within the industry.”
In addition, the developer has appointed Bradley Walker as surveyor, and has promoted Marie Livesey to associate director.

Bradley joins the company from British Land, where he spent a year as a portfolio analyst, following two years on the graduate scheme.
He qualified as a chartered surveyor in June this year, after gaining his MRICS accreditation.
He has a range of property experience covering asset management, property management, and leasing and property valuation.
In his new role, he will be responsible for implementing asset management and property management initiatives.
Marie has been promoted to associate director to develop long-, medium- and short-term asset management strategies and investment plans for the company’s property portfolio.
Marie will lead on asset maintenance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal frameworks, and efficient procurement of external maintenance services and materials.
She will also be responsible for all tenant services, day-to-day repairs of properties, and the potential acquisition of new assets.
Kevin added: “Promoting Marie to a new role and bringing on board people of the calibre of Richard and Bradley puts us in a very strong position to deliver our growth strategy.”
